This is a remarkably versatile coffee that performs well across a range of roast levels but it really shines at the darker roasts. It can make a particularly enjoyable cold brew at a light roast, where the acidity is diminished so the caramel sweetness and smooth, refreshing character shine. Medium to dark roasts develop into a rich, chocolate-forward cup accented by distinctive spice notes. Clean and balanced throughout the roast spectrum, it maintains excellent clarity.
